Terms of Use

By accessing or using our ERP, POS, mobile apps or any related modules (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Access

• The Services are provided to organisations and their authorised users.
• You may only use the system if your account is created or approved by your organisation.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and all activities under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use the system for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or test system vulnerabilities.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or distribute any part of the software without prior written consent.
• Upload malicious code, spam or content that violates applicable laws.

3. Data Ownership

Business data (transactions, customers, inventory, production, etc.) is generally owned by your organisation. We process and host such data as a system provider.

You are responsible for ensuring that all data entered into the system is accurate, lawful and backed up according to the policies of your organisation.

4. Service Availability

We aim to provide stable and reliable services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Planned maintenance, upgrades, network issues or third-party outages may affect availability.

5. Updates & Changes

We may update or modify the Services (including features, UI or integrations) from time to time to improve performance, security or usability. We may also update these Terms and will post the latest version on this page.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
• Issues arising from misuse, unauthorised access or configuration by users.

7. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

• You violate these Terms or any usage policy notified to your organisation.
• There is suspected misuse, fraud or security risk.
• Your organisation’s subscription, licence or maintenance has expired or been terminated.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
